Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50, and expedited shipping options for an additional fee.
Standard Shipping:
- All orders over $50 within the United States will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
- Delivery time is typically within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping:
- All orders over $50 within the United States can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee.
- Delivery time is typically within 1-2 weeks but can be more due to customization.
International Shipping:
- We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at universitees.ab@gmail.com to arrange for a return.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were originally purchased. We will issue a refund or exchange for the full amount of the product, less shipping costs, within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
